PRIMA Projects presented at the third Arab Land Conference

On February 20th, 2025, AG-WaMED project was presented together with AGREEMed and AGREEMAR. This group of PRIMA Partnership – funded project aims at establishing a long-term platform for coordinating Mediterranean research on non-conventional water resources.

Prof Elena Bresci from Università degli Studi di Firenze and PI of AG-WaMED presented a talk on “Integrated Land and Water Management with Non-Conventional Waters in the Mediterranean Area”. This was the first step of our partnership that will continue at the European Geosciences Union (EGU) EGU2025 conference.

With over 700 participants in Rabat and online, the Third Arab Land Conference issued a joint declaration calls on all land sector stakeholders in the Arab region and participants of the Conference to take collective action. The full declaration will be made available soon in Arabic, English and French!
